    cheerful staff
    steep parking fees

    A charming stay in Bruges

From the moment we entered, the cheerful staff greeted us like old friends, and the breakfast spread was simply delightful and beautifully arranged, leaving us excited for each new day.

The parking fees felt steep, and the distance to the main reception for assistance was inconvenient, particularly when we wanted quick service.

    room noise
    service confusion

Miscommunication regarding breakfast location could be improved!!! Housekeeping noise early in the morning disrupted my peace, alongside thin walls that allowed me to hear neighbors talking. A clearer communication regarding room service procedures is definitely needed!!!

    street noise

Loved the vibe and cozy stay!

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was awesome! The staff were super nice and made us feel right at home. Our classic room had a comfy king bed and a lovely bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and fuelled our days of exploring. Just wished the noise from the street was a bit quieter at night.

    quiet location
    delicious breakfast
    beautiful garden
    inconsistent hot water

We had the best time with our friends! The location was really ideal, tucked away in a quiet street yet close to everything. We loved the walking tours and spent our evenings relaxing in the beautiful garden with drinks from the bar. Breakfast was more than we could ask for, loaded with delicious options!

We did have a minor issue with the inconsistency of the hot water in the shower, which could be annoying at times. It didn't ruin our stay, but definitely worth a mention.

    Do recommend for exploring town

Spacious room, comfortable bathroom, including a large shower and sleek double sinks, made our stay enjoyable, and the location was ideal, just a short 10-minute car ride from the train station for easy access to the city.

    Everything was exemplary.

    walking tour
    convenient breakfast

Just a nice choice for a weekend adventure in Bruges with attractive and competitive value for money. The walking tour provided by the hotel was a great way to explore the city without worrying about planning. Try to have breakfast early to enjoy the calm atmosphere before it gets busy.
